Division 3 of the North Central Region was created for railroad enthusiasts in the North Eastern counties of Indiana and of Northwest Ohio. Including: Allen, DeKalb, Steuben, LaGrange, Noble, and Whitley counties of Northeast Indiana, or Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert counties of Northwest Ohio
